Note from the President

Dear Film Society Members and others who may be interested !

The next screening for the Eaglehawk Neck Film Society will be ‘Respect’.
This time, on a Friday evening, the 22 April rather than Saturday.

The film ‘The Power of the Dog’ was scheduled but the DVD has not yet been released so we have swapped in the film ‘Respect’ which had been scheduled for August.
We hope to bring you ‘The Power of the Dog’ in August instead.

Dinner will be served from 6pm.

No tickets or rsvp is needed.  Please bring your membership card as this
will be checked at the door. Some cards are held with name tags.

All name tags will be at the front door.
The Membership form is attached.
If you cannot find your card your membership details can be looked up.

One of the reasons for the day change is that the Lufra Hotel is running a
‘long table’ on Saturday 23 April and many of our helpers and hopefully
others would like to support ‘our’ local.

The band playing will be ‘Empty Glasses’ from 4-6pm and again from 7-9pm – free admission and they arelikely to be outside!
The carvery/long table starts a 6pm and is $50 perhead, bookings are essential.
To book please phone the Lufra on 6250 3262.
Great viewing
